Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DECTracker service available at https://dectracker.com/ ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DECTracker is an internal software service intended for authorized users. Access to the Service may be restricted to users who have been invited, registered, or otherwise authorized by the organization operating DECTracker.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

You must notify the Service administrator if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to access, modify, or disclose information that you are not authorized to access.

4. Service Communications

The Service may send transactional communications necessary for account management and security, including password reset emails and other account-related notifications.

These communications are part of the Service and are not marketing communications.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTION CENTER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights to the Service are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access when necessary for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

7. Termination

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated when a user's authorization ends, when these Terms are violated, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTION CENTER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
